Salary: CAD 99,750–133,000 annually in Toronto, plus 14% target incentives; ranges may vary by location.

What you will do

• Guide clients in using Microsoft Power Platform to address current business needs and prepare for future solutions.
• Develop enterprise-grade Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Power Pages solutions.
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to deliver solutions within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Participate in discovery workshops, requirements gathering, documentation, pre-sales sessions, and client technical discussions.
• Train client end-users and junior team members on Power Platform development and application lifecycle management.
• Support project managers with status reporting and other delivery artifacts while participating in Agile delivery activities.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience designing and deploying applications with Power Platform, MS Teams SDK, C#, SharePoint Online, or similar technologies.
• Experience delivering Power Platform projects for external organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse-backed solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure Document Intelligence, AI Builder, Logic Apps, Power BI, Power Fx, and Power Automate Desktop RPA.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, data connectors, licensing models, and Power Pages customization and deployment.
• Strong C#/.NET or full-stack software engineering background, communication skills, documentation experience, and knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform certification, such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
• Post-secondary education, preferably a university degree or college diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
