Manager Quality Management (m/f/d)

hirify.global develops semiconductor and electronic technologies; the Neckarbischofsheim plant develops and manufactures precision quartz crystals and quartz oscillators for telecommunications, test and measurement technology, medical technology, and radar systems.

What you will do

• Maintain, manage, and further develop the quality and environmental management systems.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and lead external third-party and customer audits.
• Identify process risks, define corrective actions, and drive improvements in methodology, test conditions, and error analysis.
• Perform technical error analysis and prepare customer 8D reports.
• Support reliability testing, product testing, and the development of quality requirements and CAQ tools.
• Prepare management reviews and evaluate quality and environmental data for management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent industrial experience.
• 3–5 years of experience developing and maintaining quality and environmental management systems based on standards including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and preferably ISO 14001.
• Experience leading quality functions and teams, with knowledge of quality and statistical tools including SPC.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic for Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems such as Oracle or AX.
• Knowledge of reliability standards including MIL and IEC, environmental management requirements, and quality methods such as APQP, FMEA, and 8D.
• Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken, are essential.

Nice to have

• Further training in quality and environmental management from DGQ, DQS, TÜV, or a similar organization.
• Experience with internal auditing and structured problem solving.
