Quality Systems Expert (m/f/d)

Total compensation: from €52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement.

What you will do

• Drive the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Maintain IMS documentation and processes to support compliance with legal requirements and international standards.
• Plan and coordinate internal audits, support customer audits, and prepare certification audits.
• Advise process owners on designing, maintaining, and improving IMS processes and documentation.
• Contribute to management reviews, monitor system performance through KPIs, and support the IMS strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Coordinate IMS topics across functions and stakeholders while delivering training and driving improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience in quality management and/or integrated management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 27001 is beneficial.
• Experience with internal and external audit management, including auditor qualification.
• Process-oriented analytical mindset with strong ownership, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English and either German or Italian are required; proficiency in all three languages is a plus.
