What you will do

• Drive the implementation, maintenance, continuous improvement, strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Maintain IMS documentation and processes to support compliance with legal requirements and international standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits; support customer audits and certification audits.
• Advise process owners on designing, maintaining, and improving IMS processes and documentation.
• Contribute to the annual Management Review, track system performance through KPIs, and coordinate IMS topics across functions.
• Deliver training and awareness programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous professional experience in quality management and/or integrated management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 27001 is expected as part of the standards profile.
• Experience managing internal and external audits, including auditor qualification.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and improve complex systems and processes.
• Strong ownership, structured and independent working style, solution orientation, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across organizational levels and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English and either German or Italian.
