NSA Program Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States (onsite)

Salary: USD 126,816.67–208,341.67 annual base salary, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operation and governance of hirify.global's U.S. National Security Agreement compliance program.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual U.S. Government reports, regulatory notifications, approval requests, and acquisition notices.
• Prepare for third-party NSA audits, coordinate evidence collection, support interviews, and drive issue resolution and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance metrics, dashboards, executive reports, SOPs, governance procedures, and training materials.
• Assess new business initiatives, suppliers, technologies, and organizational changes for compliance impacts.
• Facilitate collaboration among Legal, Security, Engineering, Procurement, HR, business leadership, auditors, and U.S. Government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced knowledge of program management, governance, compliance operations, risk management, and audit processes.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and regulatory deadlines.
• Experience with regulatory compliance programs, government-facing activities, audit management, or highly regulated environments.
• Ability to interpret requirements, assess risks, drive corrective actions, and implement sustainable compliance processes.
• NSA vetting and a U.S. drug test must be completed during onboarding; NSA/CAPS approval is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of U.S. Government regulatory frameworks, telecommunications security requirements, national security compliance obligations, or comparable regulatory programs.
