Mobile User Acquisition Specialist (project-based role)

What you will do

• Develop, launch, manage, and scale paid user acquisition campaigns across Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, and in-app networks.
• Optimize mobile app unit economics by improving LTV, CAC, retention, and overall campaign ROI.
• Allocate and manage acquisition budgets against revenue targets.
• Design and run A/B tests covering creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
• Partner with design teams to develop high-converting creative assets based on performance insights.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze market intelligence, and guide the external agency toward growth objectives.

Requirements

• Experience managing paid user acquisition for mobile applications.
• Ability to work with mobile advertising networks, campaign analytics, and performance KPIs.
• Strong understanding of LTV, CAC, retention, ROI, budget allocation, and growth experimentation.
• Ability to collaborate with design teams, data analysts, internal partners, and external agencies.
