Senior Digital IC Design Engineer

What you will do

• Define architecture, specifications, and IP design for next-generation Touch Controller products.
• Own RTL design and verification at both IP and product level using Verilog and SystemVerilog.
• Drive end-to-end ASIC execution from architecture through tape-out, silicon validation, and production.
• Lead design reviews, documentation, quality improvements, and methodology development.
• Collaborate with firmware, systems, applications, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers while supporting customer debug and failure analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital IC or chip-level design.
• Strong experience with architecture and specification, RTL design, verification, and tape-out or streamout.
• Demonstrated ability to own features or subsystems end-to-end.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, or coordinating work across teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary communication skills.
