Senior RF Engineer (Space)

What you will do

• Design and develop RF and microwave circuits and components for space applications, covering active and passive RF hardware from DC to over 70 GHz.
• Perform RF measurements, testing, and characterization of developed hardware.
• Design PCBs, MMICs, filters, amplifiers, couplers, and other RF components.
• Collaborate with mechanical, technology, digital, and systems engineers.
• Support qualification, verification, and testing activities according to space industry standards.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microwave Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with RF laboratory equipment and measurement techniques.
• Proficiency with RF simulation tools, including circuit simulators such as ADS and Genesys and/or 3D field simulation tools such as CST and HFSS.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, show initiative, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Clear communication in English.
• Employment may require a pre-employment check and security clearance in accordance with company, role, or site requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with space-qualified hardware and ECSS standards.
• Familiarity with electrical schematic and PCB layout tools.
• Experience with link budget analysis and system-level RF design.
