Electrical Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

Location: Norway; on-site delivery for a hyperscale data centre project in northern Norway.

What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with design intent, schedules, and technical standards.
• Review design drawings, submittals, and technical documentation for constructability and compliance.
• Manage on-site interfaces between electrical systems and Mechanical, Controls, and CSA disciplines.
• Monitor progress, report risks, and support schedule recovery planning across electrical packages.
• Oversee quality assurance, inspections, installation testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing.
• Lead coordination meetings with contractors and internal teams while promoting safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing electrical delivery, including in data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power conditioning, and controls systems.
• Proven experience coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project reporting and scheduling tools.
• Fluent English.
