Senior Manager, Insurance Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Conduct competitor benchmarking, customer research, and trend analysis to identify market gaps and customer needs.
• Define value propositions, product strategy, and prioritized roadmaps for General Insurance and Life Insurance products.
• Lead insurance product development from ideation and design through launch and optimization.
• Develop distribution strategies, monitor product performance, and recommend product adjustments.
• Support policy, governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, product due diligence, and third-party partner assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in insurance product management or distribution within a bank.
• IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3 qualifications.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory requirements for insurance distribution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin is advantageous.
