Senior Card Operations Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage daily operations for the hirify.global Card and act as the card payments expert for Customer Service escalations.
• Investigate card payment, application, rewards, and usage issues by analyzing logs, databases, and internal or external portals.
• Coordinate with developers, product, compliance, risk, finance, vendors, processors, BIN sponsors, and card partners.
• Support market and product launches through internal testing, beta releases, operational planning, and issue prevention.
• Drive product and process improvements using operational data, market intelligence, and user journey insights.
• Manage a team of up to five people and oversee reconciliation, rewards, disputes, physical card stock, vendor payments, and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional, nearly fluent written and spoken English required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across teams, cultures, and languages.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, develop ideas, and implement improvements through to completion.
• Readiness to learn and handle a diverse range of operational responsibilities.
• Knowledge of card management systems, card network rules, card issuing operations, or fintech product management is advantageous.

• Mandarin Chinese.
• Product management experience in fintech or insurtech.
