Manager/Senior Manager, Wealth Lending Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define the product vision and prioritized roadmap for wealth lending products in line with the bank’s wealth strategy.
• Lead requirements gathering, credit policy inputs, pricing models, digital journeys, and system integrations from concept through launch.
• Monitor product performance, including utilization rates and margin income, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Partner with Credit Risk and Operations on credit limits, collateral management, margin calls, monitoring, and remediation processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements and provide ad hoc support when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing wealth lending products, such as portfolio lending or premium financing, within wealth management, private banking, or retail banking.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory requirements for wealth lending products.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Cantonese required.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Manager title.
