Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Finance Manager to manage and optimize financial operations across multiple regions, directly collaborating with financial institutions, primarily in Germany, with potential support for other markets based on language skills.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions across operating countries.
• Lead and coordinate with operations to implement patient financing frameworks and ensure regional compliance.
• Manage complex financing cases and optimize payment plans and debt recovery strategies.
• Design and oversee financial training programs for regional sales teams.
• Monitor and report on financial KPIs, guiding regional teams toward performance targets.

Requirements

• Background in finance risk or related finance area and people management.
• Knowledge of financing operations, debt recovery, and financial documentation protocols.
• Advanced/Fluent/Native German and English professional proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in an international environment; advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
