Lead Software Engineer – AI-Native Applications

What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve modern Enterprise Asset Management software using Go and backend technologies.
• Analyse complex enterprise problems using Domain-Driven Design, bounded contexts, service decomposition, and event-driven architecture.
• Build production AI-native applications using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Develop scalable distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders to solve customer problems and deliver measurable value.
• Mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and improve engineering quality, delivery, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role and a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and modern backend development; TypeScript and Node.js experience is preferred for the role.
• Demonstrable experience with Domain-Driven Design, bounded contexts, specification-driven development, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka or Redpanda, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, AWS or Azure, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and production operations.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping production AI applications with LLMs, including evaluation for quality, reliability, performance, security, and operational readiness.
• Experience with secure software design, authentication, authorization, DevSecOps, analytical problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership.

Nice to have

• React and modern frontend development experience.
• Experience building Enterprise SaaS or ERP products.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol or similar AI integration standards.
• Experience with vector databases, AI observability, AI evaluation frameworks, or enterprise-scale AI platforms.
