Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Poland

Salary: United Kingdom £69K–£104K annually; Ireland €111K–€167K annually; Poland PLN 372K–PLN 558K annually. Equity and bonus may be offered.

What you will do

• Design and build production systems in Go, with React and TypeScript work where needed.
• Improve agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, and long-running workflows.
• Extend the provider-agnostic architecture as AI models and capabilities evolve.
• Build reliable integrations between agents, workspaces, tools, and developer infrastructure.
• Own projects from implementation through rollout and iteration, contributing to design and code reviews.
• Partner with Product and Design to improve the reliability, performance, operability, and usability of agentic systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and operating production software systems.
• Hands-on experience with Go, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience building systems around LLMs or agentic workflows, including model APIs, tool calling, context management, or agent loops.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and production reliability.
• Working knowledge of AWS and strong problem-solving skills in technically ambiguous situations.
• Ability to contribute through reviews, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Nice to have

• Experience with coding agents, developer tools, cloud development environments, MCP, agent tools, or multi-agent systems.
• Experience with remote execution, sandboxing, isolated compute, or integrations across multiple model providers.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, open-source contributions, or direct customer work.
