Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based role

Salary: USD 80,000–135,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate the onboarding and configuration of new clients trading FICC cash and equity products.
• Enable existing clients to access new equity products and markets, including cash, synthetic, and listed options.
• Work directly with clients to collect post-execution preferences and understand their requirements.
• Partner with operations, technology, and business teams globally to support accurate and timely onboarding.
• Monitor pilot trading activity after onboarding to identify issues and maintain front-to-back straight-through processing.
• Support new business and client activity while developing management skills across operational topics.

Requirements

• Experience applying strong technical skills to develop innovative solutions in a changing environment.
• Previous experience with equity products in a middle-office, onboarding, or client-service environment.
• Experience with fixed income cash products and an understanding of the equities prime and franchise business.
• Professionalism and integrity in all aspects of work.
• Strong teamwork, verbal and written communication, organization, attention to detail, and commitment to client service.
