Senior Contractor SAP Security Officer, Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) & Physical Security Lead

Location: Dayton Office; security responsibilities support the Beavercreek facility. Normal business hours with occasional after-hours support and up to 10% travel.

What you will do

• Manage SAP, SCI, SAPF, SCIF, and physical security operations, standards, procedures, and compliance.
• Prepare SAP and SCI accreditation packages, including CUA/JUA approvals, Fixed Facility Checklists, TEMPEST documentation, waivers, and close-out actions.
• Conduct inspections, inventories, corrective-action tracking, government compliance support, and physical re-inspections.
• Administer IDS, ACS, SystemLink profiles, access verification, keys, combinations, visitor logs, and after-hours alarm response.
• Manage classified document and media accountability, courier plans, visit certifications, foreign travel/contact notifications, indoctrinations, and JADE actions.
• Coordinate secure facility design and construction, network installations, security training, incident investigations, and collaboration with security, IT, IA, and program teams.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain SAP and SCI access are required.
• Three to five years of relevant SAP and SCI security experience, including CSSO duties and SAPF/SCIF accreditations.
• Strong knowledge of DD Form 254 reviews, CUA/JUA approvals, ICD 705, DoDM 5105.21, DoDM 5205.07, TEMPEST, and JSIG requirements.
• Experience with concept validation packages, SCIF sponsorship, construction blueprints, physical security procedures, and policy changes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with strong judgment, organization, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• A CI polygraph may be required depending on the contract; occasional travel up to 10% is expected.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Completed CDSE courses in Special Access Programs, Physical Security, and General Security.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
