Poromerics Bulk First Line Leader - Nights (Manufacturing)

Location: NA-US-DE-Newark-Bellevue (EL); onsite, night shift

What you will do

• Oversee poromerics bulk manufacturing and production operations, including processing, assembly, and packaging.
• Set production schedules based on product introductions, equipment efficiency, material supply, staffing, and demand.
• Operate and set up manufacturing equipment, including feed, speed, and temperature controls.
• Select and measure raw materials and parts according to production specifications.
• Resolve issues involving machinery, processing, production, and packaging operations.
• Support, train, and supervise manufacturing line employees to maintain productivity and product quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Conceptual and practical knowledge of the relevant job discipline.
• Several years of experience and an understanding of key business drivers.
• Ability to analyze production problems, evaluate solutions, and work with moderate supervision.
