Service Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Provide Tier 3 on-site and remote support for partners and customers.
• Perform maintenance, diagnose electrical and electronic components, and carry out hardware repairs.
• Develop and analyze diagnostic protocols and support commissioning of development products.
• Document service assignments and ensure the quality of completed work.
• Deliver on-site training and coach partners on Tier 1 and Tier 2 support topics.
• Represent hirify.global at trade fairs and events and communicate field-service insights to internal teams.

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training with knowledge of robotics, AI, automation, or related technologies.
• Several years of experience in repair and maintenance, electrical and electronic diagnostics, and hardware servicing.
• Strong German and English communication skills are required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Independent, structured, flexible, and solution-oriented working style.
• B1 driving licence.
