Technical Partner Manager (DACH Region)

What you will do

• Assess partner capabilities and recommend cybersecurity service portfolios and expansion strategies across delivery models.
• Design tailored service blueprints, SLAs, and delivery models based on partner capabilities and customer demand.
• Run technical workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions to help partner teams become certified and confident with the platform.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor through business reviews, site visits, and strategic partner meetings.
• Coordinate with channel managers, presales, and delivery teams to support partners and identify technical opportunities.
• Monitor cybersecurity trends and competitive developments to inform partner and product strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical partnerships, solution architecture, presales engineering, or customer-facing technical delivery.
• Experience working with partners across diverse service delivery models.
• Knowledge of endpoint, cloud, network, SIEM/SOAR, threat intelligence, and compliance solutions.
• Comfort with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations fundamentals.
• Ability to explain complex security architecture and service strategy to technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent German is required; English and French are desired for Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Experience designing managed security services such as MDR, SOC, or incident response.
• Experience with the TrendAI Vision One platform.
• Experience helping partners transition from product reselling to service-based business models.
• Network in the DACH cybersecurity community and knowledge of partner economics and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience with AI-powered security, AI ecosystems, Security for AI, and AI security concepts.
