Associate Director, Customer Technical Solution Security (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Work with customers to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and security needs.
• Design domain-specific technical security solutions and cost cases for simple and complex long-term opportunities.
• Support technical solutioning and solution managers in customer technology and business discussions.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, gather technical inputs, and prepare compelling bid and proposal submissions.
• Define cost models, lead deals toward profitability, support contract negotiations, and facilitate engagement handovers.
• Own, refine, and present final solution documents while standardizing go-to-market security propositions across industries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building security solutions and proposals.
• Expertise in IT organizational models, governance, management, and operating models.
• Ability to design scalable technical security solutions from customer requirements and analyze complex problems.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM, PAM, network and cloud security, Zero Trust, SOC, and SIEM.
• Understanding of NIS2, DORA, ISO 2700x, and BSI Grundschutz.
• Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Consulting or advisory experience providing strategic guidance to customers.
• Experience designing security solutions for cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience supporting sales activities, customer presentations, and proposal development.
• CISM or CISSP certification.
• German written and verbal skills at C2 level and English at C1 level.
