What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot security solutions in data center and hybrid/cloud environments.
• Deploy and configure Microsoft Defender, Sophos, and related security tools.
• Handle incident, change, and problem tickets related to security systems.
• Ensure security policies and best practices are implemented across infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors on implementation projects.
• Support onboarding, training, and documentation for security procedures.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Slovakia
• German: Upper Intermediate (B2) required
• English: Intermediate (B1) required
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Defender XDR and EDR/XDR solutions.
• Strong foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud.
• Experience with Sophos Intercept X and firewall administration.

Nice to have

• SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals certification.
• SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst certification.
• Sophos Certified Technician certification.
