Cloud Security & Audit Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical security subject matter expert for hirify.global Cloud customer audits, assessments, and evidence engagements.
• Lead advanced technical discussions with customers, prospects, partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Generate, validate, interpret, and present technical evidence covering IAM, encryption, key management, network segmentation, logging, monitoring, incident management, web security, AI security, and SDLC controls.
• Support security reviews, compliance audits, and penetration-testing discussions, including escalation management.
• Explain control operation and translate risks into clear, technically defensible statements.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, and Architecture teams on complex enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering evidence and compliance attestation presentations as an auditee.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, network security, encryption, key management, logging, auditing, and monitoring in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud security, SaaS shared responsibility models, cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and DevSecOps controls.
• Awareness of AI security risks and AI governance, with the ability to explain complex security topics to technical and business audiences.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with TLPT as defined by DORA.
• Experience designing, discussing, defending, and remediating penetration-testing findings.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and security automation.
• CISSP, CCSP, or a similar certification.
