What you will do

• Act as the primary technical SME for hirify.global Cloud customer audits and internal escalation for penetration testing discussions.
• Lead advanced technical security discussions with customers, prospects, partners, and auditors.
• Generate and validate technical evidence for security controls including IAM, encryption, and network segmentation.
• Defend hirify.global Cloud AI security and compliance using technical evidence and defensible narratives.
• Translate complex compliance requirements into clear technical explanations of control operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• Experience as an auditee delivering evidence in compliance attestation presentations.
• Deep expertise in IAM, network security, encryption, and monitoring in cloud environments (AWS).
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with TLPT as defined by DORA.
• Experience defending pen testing findings and remediation approaches.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and security automation.
• CISSP or CCSP certifications.
