Senior Associate, Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Quarry Bay, Hong Kong

What you will do

• Translate strategic goals and business needs into clear business requirements.
• Work with product, engineering, and operations teams to shape functional and technical solutions.
• Prepare business requirements, specifications, change requests, and process flows.
• Connect business users and technical teams to support smooth delivery.
• Support release planning, UAT, implementation, post-release troubleshooting, user support, and training.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency through technology.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Knowledge of one modern programming language, such as Node, Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Knowledge of HTML5, REST APIs, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
