Android/iOS Mobile App Development Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, release, and maintain complex Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Build secure, reliable, high-performance apps that improve user experience.
• Collaborate with mobile architects, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards and industry best practices.
• Research and adopt new mobile technologies, platforms, and architectures.
• Analyze and optimize application performance and contribute to the mobile architecture strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on mobile app development experience and a successfully released application.
• Proficiency in Swift for iOS and Kotlin or Java for Android.
• Knowledge of mobile architectures, UI/UX principles, Git, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience writing unit tests and testable code, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating effectively.
• On-site work in Irvine, California, United States is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native or Flutter.
• Backend development and integration experience.
• Knowledge of Jetpack Compose, SDN Software Controller Platform, or AI Ops.
