What you will do

• Design engaging creative assets for social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity systems, including logos and typography.
• Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Display.
• Translate marketing concepts into visually compelling campaigns.
• Produce multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and optimization.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil)
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing campaign work
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work during U.S. client business hours

Nice to have

• Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects
• Experience using Figma and Canva
• Background working with marketing agencies, SaaS, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with conversion-focused creative and A/B testing
