Quality Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate structured problem-solving processes for quality deviations.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analyses using methods like 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, FMEA, and Pareto.
• Facilitate risk analyses to identify potential quality risks early.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze quality metrics and support production, development, and supplier management.
• Establish and improve standards for root cause analysis and problem solving.

Requirements

• Technical education or degree in engineering, production technology, or quality management.
• Several years of experience in quality management or problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, FMEA).
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or equivalent (e.g., Shainin Engineer) is required.
• Fluent in both German and English is required.
• Strong analytical skills and systemic thinking.
