Senior Quality Program Manager

Location: Onsite at the Santa Ana, California headquarters, 5 days per week; up to 20% international travel required with a valid passport. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $139,641–$183,176 per year, with potential eligibility for additional compensation.

What you will do

• Own company-wide quality programs to reduce defect rates and improve quality standards across products and processes.
• Define quality metrics such as defect rate, escape rate, first-pass yield, and rework; build dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions through resolution.
• Establish and maintain quality standards, SOPs, checklists, acceptance criteria, and playbooks.
• Partner with Engineering, Customer Relations, Product and Technology, and Operations to embed quality practices upstream.
• Run Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and FMEA initiatives; coordinate audits and communicate risks and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or quality-focused program management.
• Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA, statistical process control, and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Strong data analysis skills, including converting quality data into metrics, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefings.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• ASQ certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience defining quality programs from the ground up.
• Experience with quality management systems and business intelligence tools.
