What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for machined parts.
• Build supplier relationships and monitor quality, cost, delivery, and performance.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Perform cost analysis and benchmarking to identify savings opportunities.
• Identify supply-chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support continuity of supply.
• Coordinate procurement activities with engineering, production, and logistics while improving procurement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in procurement and supplier management, preferably involving machined parts or machine shops.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and tools.
• Familiarity with government procurement regulations such as FAR and DFAR is advantageous.
