Area Manager (E-Grocery)

Location: Vienna, Austria; on-site. The role requires willingness to work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Saturday with a 5-day work week.

Salary: From €3,930 per month, paid 14 times per year.

What you will do

• Lead and develop warehouse employees and team leaders to achieve operational targets.
• Manage daily outbound, inbound, and delivery operations, including workflows, productivity, quality, and on-time order processing.
• Coordinate with central teams to ensure compliance with internal standards, safety regulations, company policies, and labor regulations.
• Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Build an engaged, high-performing team culture and resolve operational issues through long-term solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in logistics or a similar qualification focused on warehouse management, shipping, forwarding, or supply chain.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience managing teams of at least 40 employees in logistics companies.
• Business-fluent English required.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized approach.
• Willingness to work on-site in Vienna in a 3-shift system from Monday to Saturday.
