Service Deployer

Location: Brunn Am Gebirge, Austria; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Plan and allocate workloads for service technicians, schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, and coordinate materials and subcontractors.
• Supervise the technical and safety aspects of service work and monitor timely, high-quality completion.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams while supporting customer satisfaction.
• Manage service orders, work orders, contracts, claims, invoices, quotations, and technical documentation in planning systems and Oracle.
• Coordinate procurement, parts ordering, goods receipt, stock checks, equipment deliveries, and logistics from factories to customers.
• Track preventive maintenance, backlogs, forecasts, priorities, service activities, warranty claims, and monthly invoicing packages.

Requirements

• At least high school education; university education is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating work in a service or similar field.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive, assertive, resilient, and able to take initiative and work under pressure.
• High computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office, and communicative English.
