QA/Tester (AI)

Location: Remote in Sweden; the Product team is primarily based in Stockholm and occasionally meets in the office.

What you will do

• Design, execute, and document testing for new and updated product features.
• Prioritise test coverage according to customer impact, product risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering on planning, requirements discussions, and feature validation.
• Identify quality risks, investigate defects, and perform exploratory and regression testing.
• Maintain test evidence and medical device documentation, supporting requirements reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities.
• Improve testing approaches, automation, tooling, and datasets to increase product quality and release confidence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA and software testing in a cross-functional product development environment.
• Experience with functional, exploratory, regression, and risk-based testing techniques.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, mobile applications, APIs, or applications integrating LLMs.
• Proficiency with testing and debugging tools for investigating issues and analysing failures.
• Experience contributing to automated testing and understanding of version control, CI/CD, and release processes.
