Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud Lead

Location: Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client and company offices. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver and implement technology solutions for critical business problems.
• Translate business problems into technical designs and validate implementation approaches with technical architects.
• Lead project modules and workstreams through hands-on implementation and delivery.
• Support project planning, staffing, people management, risk mitigation, and timely completion of deliverables.
• Guide business cases, solution visions, requirements, prototypes, architectures, test cases, deployment plans, and operations strategies.
• Manage, mentor, and coach team members with diverse technical skill sets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with academic excellence.
• 3+ years of relevant experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
• Experience leading project teams, driving end-to-end activities, meeting milestones, and mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing, reporting, big data, data management, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Programming proficiency in Python and strong analytical, algorithmic, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in Argentina are required.
