Senior Applications Support Analyst (D365 F&O)

What you will do

• Provide advanced L2 and L3 production support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Own incidents and service requests from triage through investigation, service restoration, business validation, documentation, and closure.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end Order-to-Cash flows covering customer setup, sales orders, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, returns, inventory, and Accounts Receivable.
• Support D365 Commerce, e-commerce platforms, order portals, batch processing, and integrated applications.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring and high-impact incidents and develop corrective and preventive recommendations.
• Coordinate escalations with development, infrastructure, integration, and Microsoft support teams while monitoring SLAs and issue aging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong experience with global, business-critical D365 F&O production support and multi-country operations.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform, including incident, problem, SLA, and knowledge management.
• Experience supporting integrations, batch processing, configuration, security, master data, customizations, infrastructure, and standard Microsoft functionality.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, retail, or distribution environments.
• Experience with D365 Commerce Scale Unit, ERP integrations, middleware, monitoring tools, or automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and service management best practices.
• Experience with ERP implementation or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and multicultural communication skills.
