hirify.global is a defense startup developing autonomous gun turrets that use computer vision and control systems to target small drones and loitering munitions.

What you will do

• Build and manage supplier relationships for machined parts and electrical components.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Analyze costs, benchmark suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics to support production schedules and project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in procurement and supplier management involving electrical components or machined parts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and tools.
• Ability to work in an office environment involving occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting items up to 20 pounds.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with government procurement regulations such as FAR and DFARS.
