What you will do

• Manage supplier relationships and monitor quality, cost, delivery, and performance.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for electrical components and machined parts.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, terms, and conditions.
• Perform cost analysis and benchmarking to identify savings opportunities.
• Identify supply-chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams while improving procurement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in procurement and supplier management for electrical components or machined parts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and tools.
• Knowledge of government procurement regulations such as FAR and DFAR is advantageous.
• Ability to work in an office environment, including occasional lifting of items up to 20 pounds.
