Agile Product Owner Senior (Fintech)

What you will do

• Execute the product vision for a real-time, event-driven securities back-office platform.
• Manage, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with Product Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Translate business requirements into scope definitions, designs, and user stories with full traceability.
• Coordinate with Product Management, development, professional services, and implementation teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate roadmap progress and product enhancements to stakeholders, including regulatory and industry initiatives.
• Support testing, product launches, releases, training, and feature reviews for new and existing clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in securities processing back-office operations, broker-dealer operations, or relevant fintech.
• Experience with European and North American market infrastructures, including clearing and settlement facilities.
• Strong knowledge of securities flows in equities and fixed income, particularly SWIFT MT/MX messaging.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodology and experience managing work priorities across teams.
• Ability to research, analyze, and document business requirements and translate strategic objectives into tactical steps.
• Strong presentation, product demonstration, analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global Securities Processing operations and related domains such as cash management, collateral management, securities financing, or corporate actions.
• Knowledge of FIX or Bloomberg XML messaging protocols.
• Understanding of central counterparty flows, Asian settlement flows, and user experience constructs.
