Director, Strategy & Operations – CEO Office (Fintech)

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
• Scale new products and business lines globally and develop international market-entry strategies.
• Support regulatory, banking infrastructure, commercial acceleration, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Design organisational operating models and improve organisational effectiveness.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities and support post-merger integration.
• Lead AI-enabled operational transformation and other cross-functional company priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in top-tier consulting, high-growth technology companies, investing, strategic finance, or a similarly high-performance environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving, structured thinking, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial judgment and operational pragmatism, with the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Experience working directly with senior executives or founders.
• Background in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic finance.
• Experience scaling products, markets, or operational functions internationally.
• Strong data analysis and business modelling capabilities.
