Sr Compliance Analyst

Location: Remote or hybrid in the United States; minimal travel of up to 20%.

What you will do

• Conduct complex compliance monitoring, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory screenings.
• Monitor federal and state regulatory developments and assess their organizational impact.
• Lead or support compliance investigations, remediation activities, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
• Manage Hotline matters, conflicts-of-interest procedures, and compliance records.
• Support the development of compliance policies, procedures, controls, and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, metrics, and documentation for Compliance Committee consideration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Legal Studies, Science, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory work, auditing, or a related area.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple assignments.
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement based on business needs in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CHC or CCEP.
• Experience implementing compliance controls in a clinical laboratory, healthcare setting, or highly regulated environment.
