What you will do

• Develop test strategies, architectures, methodologies, and coverage objectives for significant product lines and technology platforms.
• Lead complex test program development, including algorithms, measurement techniques, statistical methods, and adaptive testing.
• Optimize test performance, efficiency, throughput, coverage, and cost through advanced data analysis and predictive models.
• Implement test technology innovations, advanced equipment capabilities, and roadmaps for test platforms and infrastructure.
• Lead yield enhancement, defect detection, outlier identification, quality improvement, and product qualification initiatives.
• Represent test engineering in cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with design, quality, manufacturing, and production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in semiconductor test engineering and a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, automated test equipment, test programming, device physics, parametric testing, and failure mechanisms.
• Experience leading test development and optimization initiatives, including statistical analysis, design of experiments, test data analytics, and yield improvement.
• Strong project leadership, analytical, problem-solving, technical communication, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, quality standards, reliability testing, and product qualification.
