What you will do
- Build and expand backend systems for the company’s core product.
- Design architecture and system solutions for new products with the engineering team.
- Develop internal products and integrate external REST APIs.
- Build, test, and release product features used by thousands of customers.
- Use AI coding assistants and AI-enabled development tools while maintaining code quality, security, and critical review standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on backend development experience.
- Strong programming skills with expertise in Python.
- Proven experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, independent thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, billing, or payment systems.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Top-tier university degree with a GPA of 90+ or graduation with honors.
