What you will do

• Design, operate, and improve high-performance algorithmic trading strategies.
• Deploy and manage strategies across electronic trading venues worldwide.
• Learn trade floor operations and the full trade-flow process through structured mentorship and training.
• Work with software engineers to enhance and further develop trading strategies.
• Analyze trading technology, market interaction, market microstructure, and liquidity dynamics.

Requirements

• Strong academic background; computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics, and related fields are preferred.
• Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Programming experience is required; Python, SQL, Java, or C++ experience is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate information precisely and quickly.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• No prior finance background is required.
