What you will do

• Develop quantitative market making models for stocks and equity futures in the Asian market.
• Manage associated risk and provide block liquidity across multiple trading venues.
• Conduct alpha research to identify and monetize trading edges.
• Design and implement quoting architectures for horizons ranging from sub-second to multi-day.
• Collaborate with senior quant traders to expand business operations and improve services for clients.

Requirements

• Academic background in Physics, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Quantitative Finance.
• Advanced coding and software design skills, preferably in Python.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
• Must be located in or eligible to work in Hong Kong or Shanghai.
