Head of HR (Crypto)

What you will do

• Lead the global HR function across all business units.
• Partner with the Founder and executive team to translate business strategy into organizational strategy.
• Design organizational structures, operating models, and talent strategies for global expansion.
• Drive global hiring strategy and leadership capability building, particularly for senior and business-critical roles.
• Establish scalable HR governance, compliance, and risk frameworks across licensed and regulated jurisdictions.
• Build performance, accountability, leadership, HR systems, data, and analytics capabilities to support organizational transformation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior HR leader in high-growth, global organizations.
• Experience partnering with founders or senior executives on business and organizational decisions.
• Experience across HRBP, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
• Deep understanding of global expansion, compliance, and regulated environments.
• Ability to build and scale organizations in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments, with strong business acumen and executive influence.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese communication is required.
