Senior Labor & Employee Relations Partner (Labor and Employee Relations): Providing expert consultation and case management for complex employee relations matters across Danaher's operating companies in Mainland China with an accent on compliance, investigations, organizational change, and risk management. Focus on identifying root causes, strengthening management capability, developing standardized LER processes, and using case data to prevent future disputes.

What you will do
- Advise business leaders and HR partners on complex labor and employee relations matters across China.
- Manage cases involving performance management, disciplinary actions, separations, medical issues, workplace complaints, and other employment concerns.
- Support restructurings, workforce reductions, consultation processes, and other workforce transformation initiatives.
- Conduct workplace investigations, assess risks, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and maintain case documentation.
- Develop and improve LER standard work, toolkits, templates, governance processes, training materials, and best practices.
- Analyze case data and escalation trends, coach people leaders, and support proactive risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Expertise in labor and employee relations consultation and case management.
- Experience handling investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, separations, and workplace complaints.
- Ability to support organizational change and workforce transformation activities in a compliant manner.
- Strong risk assessment, documentation, data analysis, and process improvement capabilities.
- Ability to advise and coach business leaders and people managers.
