operates a digital home-services super app in the UAE and GCC, with more than 15 million bookings, over 6,000 service professionals, and 200+ full-time employees across multiple locations.
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end team-member experience, making onboarding, benefits support, workplace requests, and daily interactions reliable and employee-focused.
- Run office operations across locations, including maintenance, supplies, building-management coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate recruitment interviews and maintain clear, warm communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Guide team members through visa processes and compliance requirements using UAE labour law and DMCC regulations.
- Administer health insurance and the broader benefits programme while maintaining accurate people data and reports.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through AI and automation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience across HR operations, office management, or people operations, with demonstrated process improvements and measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS such as BambooHR and responsibility for data quality from entry through reporting.
- Working knowledge of UAE labour law and DMCC processes, or the ability to learn and apply compliance requirements quickly and accurately.
- Strong spreadsheet, reporting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working calmly and warmly in a fast-moving, multinational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
