What you will do

• Collect, verify, and consolidate sustainability data for sustainability, corporate governance, and compliance reports.
• Monitor environmental performance indicators covering energy, fuel, water, waste, and resource efficiency.
• Coordinate compliance with ESG indices and international sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Work with ratings agencies, consultants, authorities, and subject-matter experts on ESG and sustainability matters.
• Monitor sustainability and occupational health and safety projects, legislation, standards, and regulatory developments.
• Maintain legal documentation and monitor compliance under Turkey's Law No. 6331 on Occupational Safety and Health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Certified Occupational Safety Specialist qualification, Class C or B.
• 1–4 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, and occupational safety.
• Knowledge of sustainability indices, impact assessment, reporting standards, carbon footprint measurement, and GHG emissions calculations.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• International certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
• Knowledge of national and international sustainability laws and regulations.
