Operations Control Center Operator - Student Position (Security Monitoring): Monitoring and controlling security and safety systems at Mobileye’s 24/7 Jerusalem control center with an accent on CCTV, access control, incident response, and ticket management. Focus on coordinating notifications, directing incidents to relevant teams, and maintaining reliable operations across Mobileye campuses worldwide.
Location: On-site at ’s Jerusalem campus in Har Hotzvim, Israel

What you will do
- Monitor and control security and safety systems, including CCTV, intrusion detection, fire alarms, elevators, and access control.
- Track security-monitoring displays and access-control systems across campuses.
- Respond to incidents and notify the relevant teams.
- Open, route, and track company incidents and service tickets through closure.
- Answer internal and external service calls and support operations teams with general tasks.
Requirements
- Availability for 24/7 shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum of three shifts per week.
- Experience working in a digital environment.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate in both Hebrew and English.
- Completed military or national service, with a strong sense of responsibility and service orientation.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an operations or military/security control center.
