What you will do

• Support the growth of the virtual card business by identifying strategic opportunities and growth levers.
• Lead card scheme and processing partnerships for the card business.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis.
• Identify pain points in business and product processes and recommend actionable solutions.
• Work with product, marketing, and data teams to build and execute growth strategies.
• Analyze user behavior, financial data, and operational performance to support data-backed decisions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in business development.
• Experience or strong interest in fintech and digital products.
• Strong market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
