What you will do

• Support the growth of the virtual card business by identifying strategic opportunities and growth levers.
• Lead card scheme and processing partnerships for the card business.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis.
• Identify pain points in business and product processes and propose actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to build and execute growth strategies.
• Derive insights from user behavior, financial data, and operational performance and provide data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development roles.
• Passion for fintech and digital products.
• Strong skills in market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.
