What you will do

• Set standards for the Architecture chapter and maintain architecture principles, models, and reference architectures.
• Document complex current-state and target-state processes and define the changes required for migration.
• Define and maintain application roadmaps, prioritizing development work against business requirements.
• Support target architecture and solution delivery by identifying constraints, balancing decisions, and escalating complex issues.
• Develop engineering standards, specifications, architecture storyboards, viewpoints, and developer Cookbooks.
• Lead performance management, professional development, coaching, and mentoring for a substantial, diverse team.

Requirements

• Recognized expertise in business context, architecture, organizational structures, capabilities, processes, and enterprise change.
• Experience coordinating target architectures, roadmaps, architecture guidance, validations, and standards across multiple domains or platforms.
• Advanced experience applying cybersecurity policies, technical standards, and procedures.
• Thorough architecture and engineering knowledge across multiple technology, application, business process, or platform domains.
• Ability to advise architects and senior management on complex change and run-related architecture issues.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders, architecture activities, workshops, and designs across short- and medium-term horizons.
