Enterprise Architect M&A Integration

Location: Remote, Romania; collaboration across UK/EU time zones with occasional travel within the UK and Europe for architecture workshops, typically up to 3 days.

What you will do

• Support enterprise architecture activities across merger and acquisition integration programs.
• Assess current-state application and technology landscapes and define target-state architectures.
• Create integration roadmaps supporting Day 1, TSA Exit, and long-term integration planning.
• Document application portfolios, technology inventories, architecture artifacts, repositories, and governance materials.
• Perform application rationalization, identify consolidation opportunities, and map business capabilities to applications.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and collaborate with business, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, project, and partner teams.

Requirements

• Enterprise Architecture experience, or Solution/Application Architecture experience with strong Enterprise Architecture exposure.
• Previous M&A integration experience is mandatory.
• Experience assessing enterprise application landscapes and managing application portfolios.
• Experience with business capability mapping, application rationalization, and integration strategy and roadmap definition.
• Ability to create executive-level architecture documentation and recommendations.
• Experience managing stakeholders and facilitating architecture workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multiple acquisitions or divestitures.
• TOGAF or another Enterprise Architecture framework exposure.
• Experience with Ardoq, LeanIX, Bizzdesign, erwin Evolve, or similar tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
