Senior Product Manager – Managed Detection and Incident Response (m/f/x) (MDR/EDR/IR cybersecurity): Owning the product strategy and roadmap for managed detection, endpoint detection, and incident response capabilities across Europe with an accent on customer discovery, cross-functional delivery, and vendor partnerships. Focus on scaling mission-critical B2B SaaS security products, defining go-to-market plans, and driving data-informed innovation in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.

What you will do
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Managed Detection and Response, Endpoint Detection and Response, and Incident Response.
- Lead product discovery to understand customer needs, problems, and pain points and turn them into product opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market plans and product launches.
- Manage relationships with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers across the MSP and partner ecosystem.
- Help evolve product processes, tooling, and culture while staying current with cybersecurity trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role owning end-to-end software product delivery.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or similar environments and a track record of delivering complex software products.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, especially MDR, EDR, and Incident Response.
- Strong product discovery, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and influencing without direct authority.
- Fluent English and German at C2 level required.

- Startup or scale-up experience in a high-growth company.
- Experience building or scaling product management teams and processes.
- Exposure to OKR-driven and metrics-focused product development.
- Experience with MSP or partner-led go-to-market models.
- Experience navigating product pivots or strategic repositioning.
